- We may ask you if anyone in your household or anyone who plans to be present during the appointment has been tested positive with COVID 19, been exposed to anyone who was tested positive or been showing any COVID19 symptoms within the past 14 days prior to our doctor’s arrival.
- We may ask you if meeting our doctor outside is an option to minimize exposure to COVID 19.
Our doctor(s) will need to wear a facial mask, a facial shield, and gloves, and may kindly ask you to wear the same or similar personal protective equipment(s) during the appointment.
